Matco Toolbox Updated

I really want this thing out of my garage. I just don't need such a large toolbox anymore. It's a Matco with a Bottom, top, and side box. It's in great shape over all I have owned it for around 9 years or so. Feel free to make an offer, would consider 4 wheeler, dirt bike, guns, man toys, or the GREEN Stuff..... Make an offer.

Measurements
Side Box is 20W x 41 ½T x 24 ½D
Main Box 44 ½ W x 63 1/8 T x 24 1/2 D
