NEW! Poison Spyder RockBrawler BFH Bumpers!

Post by Dusty on Thu Mar 11, 2010 10:36 am

Poison Spyder Customs RockBrawler BFH bumpers for Jeep CJ, YJ, TJ/LJ and JK are designed for those hardcore four-wheelers who value strength, simplicity and function. This bumper was literally "Built For the Hammers" with the best ground clearance, tire clearance and approach angle possible. It is no wider than the Jeep's frame rails, with angled facets to improve its ability to slide over the rocks. The RockBrawler BFH is CNC laser-cut from a single piece of high strength 3/16" plate steel, then precision brake-formed for an exact fit. The RockBrawler BFH bumper features an integrated winch mount and one-piece design.

Customize your RockBrawler BFH bumper with several different Stinger/Bar options, Winch Fairlead Mount, and Heavy Duty Shackle Tabs:
The optional Brawler Bar is a lower-profile Stinger, fashioned after the 2-bend Stinger featured on our Original RockBrawler bumper for JK. The Brawler Bar features the most versatile combination of trail protection and a lower profile for easier access to the engine compartment, fitment into garages and trailers, etc. Plus it looks bad-***! The Brawler Bar extends 7.4" forward from the front edge of the bumper, and 9.8" high from the top surface of the bumper.

The optional Trail Stinger is similar in proportion to the famous Poison Spyder Trail Stinger. This time-honored design has proven itself on hundreds of Jeeps over the past decade, providing simple, clean lines along with a measure of forward-flop protection. The Trail Stinger extends 13.4" forward from the front edge of the bumper, and 17" high from the top surface of the bumper.
The optional Comp Stinger for the RockBrawler BFH matches the lines of our stand-alone Comp Stingers. For those getting into the more hard-core aspects of the sport, the Comp Stinger provides even better forward-roll prevention, as well as increased protection of the radiator area and engine compartment in the event of a rollover. The Comp Stinger extends 17.6" forward from the front edge of the bumper, and 21.9" high from the top surface of the bumper.

The optional Recovery Shackle Tabs are machined from 1" thick plate steel to provide a secure attachment point for 3/4" recovery shackles. These tabs are specifically engineered to match the angles of the RockBrawler BFH bumper to result in zero loss in approach angle.

The optional Winch Fairlead Mount is a separate piece (bolt-on, not weld-on) that mounts between your winch and the RockBrawler BFh bumper to provide a secure mounting surface for the winch fairlead

The basic RockBrawler BFH bumper starts at ONLY $249!! One fully outfitted with Trail Stinger or Brawler Bar and Shackle Tabs is only $397! For full details, pricing, photos and to place orders check out the RockBrawler BFH page on the Poison Spyder Customs website.

Good looking bumper, and about as little clearance loss as possible while meeting all the needs of winch mount and hoop, good price also.

Thanks Highjaxx. Those were our goals when designing this bumper. It's everything I wanted and nothing more. The base bumper is actually lighter than the factory bumper and a heckuva lot stronger.
Thanks,

We've been shipping Brawlers all week but ran out of some of the different versions of Stingers. The notch on the tube is pretty complex and done with a laser. Our vendors laser broke this week. He drove to washington bought a new one and started cutting again last night and will be cutting all weekend. We'll be shipping the Brawlers we couldn't complete due to missing Stingers on Monday. Sorry for the delay.

Deuce, measure the height of the frame rails and the distance between the outside edges of the frame rails. One of the versions of the BFH may be close enough to fit for you without too much modification. I helped a guy last week with some measurements that is looking to put one on a Land Cruiser.
