Poison Spyder Aluminum Crusher Corners

Post by Dusty on Fri Jan 22, 2010 5:40 pm

Poison Spyder Crusher Corners are now available in high strength, lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum. Like our steel Crusher Corners, the aluminum ones are also CNC laser cut and precision formed for a precise fit. The aluminum corners provide great side and corner impact protection, but at a WEIGHT SAVINGS OF AROUND 50 POUNDS! The aluminum corners are now on our website. Check them out then call Brent at (951) 849-5911 with any questions or to place your order!

We'll soon have a bolt-on version of our steel Crusher Flares for use with our aluminum or steel Crusher Corners. I'll post up here when those are ready.

As a side note, for those who want the steel Crusher Corners, we've dropped prices across the board for them, with most models starting at only $299.

With the Alum corners are you going to offer them with the 3 inch flare or just plain. This would also be for a unlimited.

Yes, they're shipped raw and can be painted, powder coated, left raw or for some real bling, they can be polished!

We'll have several models on display at KOH. They look pretty cool even in the raw form.

I would want to use the rattle can bedliner on them. Do you know how well that would work or what kind of prep work would be needed for paint? I would be worried that it would not adhere to the aluminum.

My experience with the spray on bed liners is that it sticks to EVERYTHING whether you want it to or not. LOL It wouldn’t hurt to scuff the surface a little with a scotch brite pad or a DA sander.
Thanks,
