Cabinets

Post by **Digger** on Sat Dec 05, 2009 8:24 pm

I am looking for some cheap/free cabinets for my garage. Old kitchen cabinets would work perfect. Let me know if you know of any......Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the help, the ones in San Antonio would be perfect if they were cheaper. I would like several, and just can't justify $50 each for the garage, I can build exactly what I want for that. So we shall see how it comes out.

Anybody else.

I built my work benches, you can park a car on top of them. I also built one for my neighbor that looks like furniture, its so pretty he won't even work on it.. no shit. But its also built to withstand a tornado. I just want to sneak over there and smash it with a hammer a few times. As for cabinets, I went to HD.. you can get some of these http://www.closetmaid.com/whats_new/garage.cfm for 50% off at the moment. Pretty sweet IMO. I bought 4 of them for the front of the garage.

Is the price listed on the web the 1/2 price?

I don't think so. But they are running out at the stores. The HD by my house had only a couple cabinets left and one base cabinet, the one in Hutto had just a single cabinet.

I'll keep my eyes on Craigslist-I see them all the time-people redoing their kitchens...

Yeah I tried to check out that free cycle thing you told me about, but I was not able to figure it out. Just let me know.
