My boyfriend and I are coming to Austin to vacation at the end of July. We are looking for a low key offroad type place to ride our jeep. We arent looking for a paid park or anything thats too wild on this trip just something low key. Anyone have any ideas of a good place to go? We want to maybe ride a little get out and picnic or swim...we are bringing the dogs with us so something where they can...

Sometime yesterday my trans crossmember decided to fail on me, so one side was hanging down. Took it to weston's (one80seven) shop. Hopefully she'll be fixed by tomorrow so I can make use of all this rainy weather this weekend.

There weren't any trucks in our V6 7S mini class, so we stepped up to class 8 (full size V8 rigs). We started in the back of the pack. At the end of the day, we took second in class.

im about to rebuild a set of 1tons, ive been looking at the yukon lockers compared to detroits. has anybody heard any bad things about yukon lockers? i know their gears and axles are good quality ,but havnt heard much about their line of lockers.

Im rebuilting a dodge dana 60 front axle, and im having trouble with auto stores giving me the wrong parts. the model truck the axle came out of was a d600, wich is a work type truck, and these part stores only keep regular vehicle part listings in there computer. Does anybody know of a website or something were i can find the part number for a set of rotors (and any other part) for this axle?
